Friendly staff but the facility is extremely old
Place is reasonable but your items will dusty since there is a landfill beside it.
The storage area, which is currently under new management, is worse off than the former. The area, once properly maintained, has fallen into disrepair...lack of adequate disposal of trash, unswept hallways, and lesser trained, unprofessional staff...they are lucky to get a one-star rating. Unless you like to have your belongings sold without being duly notified...consider this a last-ditch option.
Trifling!!!!!! Beware this place is horrible the supposed management sucks and has no since of customer service or how to even run a business. I found him to be quite ignorant and uneducated to say the least. If u read the other reviews the same person has rated it so it was probably a family member, employee, or friend that was rating this place because it has nothing to be excited about. This place is ran by clowns. Please please please stay away. If you want to keep your property don't come here!!!!!!
Beware! Unprofessional horribly run business. The unit leaked on my things. They were rude nasty and when they moved me into a new unit mgt picked out they charged me 50 more a month for it and refused to acknowledge. Threatened to auction my things if I didn't pay the additional 50 . Added 130 in late fees because I didn't want to pay the additional 50. And told me they didn't have time to talk to me.
